1:1 breakthrough coaching


Alison provides breakthrough coaching for both youth and adults who are looking to get the rapid resolution they are looking for in any area of life. 

Breakthrough coaching is a period of 5-6 weeks, preferably each week, for a total of 15 hours meeting in person with Alison. Alison's sessions are mostly 3-hour time blocks to assure rapid transformation happens on the deepest of levels.  

This specific and customizable type of coaching is designed to be very task-oriented and requires complete commitment and responsibility to the tasks given. The purpose of the tasks is for you to break through any resistance, install new learnings and beliefs, and to guarantee your growth in order to attain the transformation and lasting change you intend to. 

Alison knows how uncomfortable change can be, she is also aware of how incredible life can be once you are supported in transforming the thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs that you have had for a long time, maybe even your whole life. Alison believes that the most effective way to get to transformation is to be supported every step of the way. This type of coaching allows you to connect with Alison when you need it most.
